Sushi quality depends on time

Sushi reaches its best quality when time is under control. That is why we supervise every stage of the process, from the moment the fish leaves refrigeration until the order arrives at your home. Reducing every minute allows us to preserve perfect freshness, texture, and flavor.

Dedicated in-house delivery team

We work with our own delivery team, trained and coordinated by us. This allows us to track the entire delivery process and ensure full control over every order, from the kitchen to the customer's door.

Technology applied to every delivery

We use technology to control and optimize the entire logistics process. Our tracking and route-optimization system allows us to reduce travel times and ensure that the sushi arrives quickly, fresh, and in the best possible condition.

Order tracking

We offer our customers the possibility of tracking their order in real time through our own application, connected to our entire logistics system. This way they can know the delivery status and estimated arrival time at every moment.

Delivery area and timing

Shipping cost is not included in the product price and is calculated according to the delivery area assigned to the order.

Order delivery

OotoyaSushi will always try to meet the expected delivery times for each order. If the customer notices any issue upon receipt, it must be recorded at the time of delivery and reported to OotoyaSushi as soon as possible.

If the issue is detected after checking the order and is related to transport, it must be reported within 24 hours. Otherwise, the order will be considered accepted.

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, absence of the recipient, lack of a contact phone number, or causes beyond the courier's control that prevent access to the delivery point are not the responsibility of OotoyaSushi.

Order pickup

Customers may also collect the order themselves. To do so, they must select the store pickup option during the shipping step before completing the purchase.
