It's not just sushi. Our soy sauce is our own blend —we mix different sauces and water to achieve the exact acidity that enhances each piece.
Controlling time is essential. Once combined, products must be consumed within 4 hours. That's why we prepare to order and strictly control resting and dispatch times.
