How we do it

The Master

Each sushi is made entirely by hand. The rice is kneaded piece by piece and the fish is carefully cut using different techniques to achieve the best texture.

The Ingredients

It's not just sushi. Our soy sauce is our own blend —we mix different sauces and water to achieve the exact acidity that enhances each piece.

The Time

Controlling time is essential. Once combined, products must be consumed within 4 hours. That's why we prepare to order and strictly control resting and dispatch times.
